Upper and Lower Decks
Made of cast-steel, precision machined for perfect alignment of
the gears.
Drive
The Gears, axles and shafts are of chrome-nickel steel heat treated.
All rotating parts are totally enclosed in a sealed compartment
thus ensuring trouble - free lubrication.
Arms
Are of cast-steel at high tensile.
Bucket
Is construced with carbon-steel plates resisting to abrasion and
to bottom lip in manganese-steel.
Controls
Are grouped to the right of the Loader. The operator's articulated
platform giving all round visibility. The controls are with SPOOL-VALVE
type for maximum safety and facility of the control.
AIR MOTORS
Are IMMAIR five-cylinders radial with high starting torque. The
SHOVEL LOADERS on rails types «CPR» are operating
with 2 Air Motors, one for transiation, one for bucket lifting.
The CRAWLER TRACKS SHOVEL LOADER types «CPC» are operating
with 3 Air Motors, 2 for tracks (one for side) and one for bucket
lifting.
